Nikhil’s journey has taken him State-side where he has been completing a PHD in Organizational Behavior in the prestigious and basketball-crazy Michigan State University (Go Spartans!). When Nikhil is not busy educating future business leaders about what it takes to build a successful organization, he and Arjun still find time to do what they both love immensely - banter over basketball!
