California-born Arjun has been an NBA superfan since the mid-90’s, where his love for the game grew over time spent living across the globe. He and Nikhil met in the late 00’s in India, where they formed a lifelong friendship and a shared affinity for the beautiful game of basketball. Since then Arjun has maintained his fanatical interest in the global hoops scene while also taking interest in the state of the game back home in India. Nikhil’s journey has taken him State-side where he has been completing a PHD in Organizational Behavior in the prestigious and basketball-crazy Michigan State University (Go Spartans!). When Nikhil is not busy educating future business leaders about what it takes to build a successful organization, he and Arjun still find time to do what they both love immensely - banter over basketball! Join the boys for an evening of chit chat amongst friends, share your thoughts, questions, engage with a like-minded community and get your weekly hoops fix!

Get to know the boys behind Basketball Baatcheet, as Nikhil and Arjun reminisce about what has shaped them into such avid hoops fans. The boys discusses "More Than a Game" and the influence the film's central character LeBron James has had on them, their views on fandom, and what their respective hoops allegiances, heroes and inspirations have been. The conversation jumps to NBA Basketball in the Orlando Bubble, what to look for and get excited about. From there the discussion moves to the DNA & psyche of a winner, which players have it, and which players are good enough to consider "hate-worthy." The boys then tackle "What to do about Ben (Simmons)?" and debate CP3's legacy before wrapping up with a discussion on the state and future of Indian basketball.
